Only 32.5% recycled
Just 32.5% of plastic in Europe is actually recycled. The rest is landfilled, incinerated or shipped offshore — out of sight, out of corporate balance sheets.
[System Active] Multi-Enzyme Defense
Regular detergent hides the smell with fragrance. Once your gi/rashguard heats up, the stench comes back. SpydrGuard's multi-enzyme formula breaks down the sweat, blood, skin oil and bacteria film at the source — so the odor is gone, not just masked.
[01] The Problem
Conventional detergent is built to lift visible dirt from cotton t-shirts. Training gear — gis, rash guards, singlets — is dense, synthetic and soaked in body oil. Fragrance sits on top. The moment fabric warms up again, the bacteria reactivate. The smell was never gone. It was just covered.
[Classified] The Cover-Up
The conventional detergent industry is built on cheap surfactants, single-use plastic and marketing. Here is what the label leaves out.
Just 32.5% of plastic in Europe is actually recycled. The rest is landfilled, incinerated or shipped offshore — out of sight, out of corporate balance sheets.
The biggest detergent brands are owned by the same conglomerates producing single-use plastic. Sustainability claims sell units — systemic change threatens margins.
Microplastics shed from packaging and synthetic fabric are now found in human blood, lungs and placentas — linked to inflammation, hormonal disruption and long-term disease.
Animal testing for household chemicals remains legal across the EU under broad exemptions. The cruelty never ended — it was relabeled and quietly continued.
[02] The Protocol
Three sequential actions, one sheet. Each step targets a layer of the odor problem surfactant detergent was never engineered to reach.
Zinc ricinoleate binds sulfur and amine odor compounds — the molecules that make gear stink — and traps them instead of hiding them.
Protease, amylase and lipase dissolve the protein, starch and lipid film baked into dense synthetic weave that surfactants leave behind.
The weave releases clean with no residue or cloying scent — just neutral, mat-ready gear that stays odor-free even as it heats up.
[03] Molecular Breakdown
Every enzyme in SpydrGuard is chosen for one job: dismantling a specific layer of the odor film that lives in combat-sport fabric. No perfume, no fillers — just targeted biochemistry.
Cuts the sweat protein and skin keratin bonded into the weave — the base layer of the film every other odor sticks to.
Strips the starchy build-up from fabric softener and sweat that feeds odor-causing microbes.
Breaks the sebum and body oil that soaks into synthetic fibre and turns rancid the moment gear warms up.
Binds and traps the sulfur and amine molecules the enzymes release, so nothing is left to re-activate later.
[04] Combat-Tested
Engineered for the dense, synthetic, sweat-soaked fabric of every combat discipline — not the cotton t-shirts household detergent was designed for.

[08] The Comparison
[09] Field Reports
"I train six days a week. My gi used to smell the second I warmed up. Since SpydrGuard, the smell is just... gone. Not hidden — gone."
"The sheets dissolve in cold water and my hand wraps come out neutral. No perfume fighting my gym bag. The subscription just runs in the background."
"Sensitive skin ruined me on regular detergent. pH-balanced sheets, no rash after weigh-ins. The annual plan pays for the gear bag on its own."

[10] Briefing
Regular detergent uses surfactants to lift visible dirt and fragrance to cover whatever is left. SpydrGuard runs a four-part enzyme system — protease, amylase, lipase and zinc ricinoleate — that dismantles the odor film at the source instead of masking it.
Yes. The formula was built for heavy cotton gi weave and for synthetic rash guards, singlets, shorts and hand wraps. It dissolves fully in cold water, so technical fabric keeps its stretch.
The sheets are pH 7–8, dye-free and fragrance-free, with no harsh surfactants. Athletes who get rashes and mat burn from conventional detergent are the reason the formula is balanced this way.
Each box holds 30 pre-measured sheets. Half a sheet can be used for a small load, giving up to 60 loads per 30-sheet box. For loads of 4–6 kg, use one whole sheet. Follow the dosage instructions on the package.
Anytime, from your account. Pause a shipment, skip a month or cancel outright — no phone call, no retention script, no fee.
We currently ship only within Norway. Available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.
The outer box is compostable paperboard printed with soy ink and the inner tray is moulded pulp. No film, no window, no tape — zero plastic per box.
