Right of withdrawal
Consumers normally have 14 days from receiving an order to notify us that they wish to withdraw, where the statutory right of withdrawal applies. Email info@spydrguard.com with the order number and a clear statement of withdrawal. The statutory withdrawal form may be used but is not mandatory.

Contact us before sending a return so it can be matched to the correct order. Do not send returns to the care-of company address in Stavanger.
Return condition
After notifying us, return the goods within the statutory deadline. Goods may be handled only as necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function. The customer may be responsible for diminished value caused by additional handling.
Return shipping
The customer pays the direct return-shipping cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming, contact us before returning it; SpydrGuard covers reasonable return costs where required by law.
Refunds
Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method within the statutory timeframe. Where permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or the customer supplies evidence of return. Statutory rights for defective goods are separate from the right of withdrawal.
