Managing a subscription
Sign in to your customer account using your email address to view orders and access the Seal subscription-management portal. Available actions can include updating details, skipping, pausing or cancelling, depending on the plan and whether the next order has already been processed.
Monthly subscriptions
A monthly subscription continues until cancelled. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges when completed before the next renewal is processed. An order already processed or shipped might not be reversible; statutory withdrawal and defect rights still apply.
Annual prepaid subscriptions
The annual subscription is paid in advance for twelve monthly deliveries and automatically renews for another annual term. To avoid the next annual charge, the customer must cancel before the renewal date displayed in the account or subscription portal. Cancelling renewal stops the next annual term; it does not automatically cancel or refund the prepaid term already underway except where required by law. Monthly deliveries continue for the paid term.
How to cancel
Use Orders & Subscriptions in the customer account or email info@spydrguard.com. A phone call is not required. Customers should retain the cancellation confirmation.
Price or term changes
Any change affecting a future renewal will be communicated as required by law. We do not retroactively change a prepaid order.
